It's cool, I'm not overthinking it, I'M JUSTARGHGHGHGHHHHHHH
Yeah, I find this confusing as well. They say "it's an all new chapter". Yeah...that's great and all, but doesn't explain if it's just a new zone, or if we have to load into Vvardenfell separately from the rest of the game, or what else.

Daedric Princes can never be killed, only banished. Such was the contract of creation.

So they said we can transfer our characters to Morrowind but will we be able to transfer them back to the base game and so forth? I'd hate to lose some of the friends I've made in Tamriel if I transfer my character.
It's completely separate from the ESO base game main story. No Prophet, and probably no Molag Bal either.Nordicly_Responsible wrote: »I think it's just another zone, that being said is it a new addition to the "main story" and that you can only progress once you've completed it or what? I'd really like to see some more from the main story...because it doesn't feel complete. Even though you defeat Molag Bal in the story, every time you go to a dark anchor he talks a lot of $#!+ when you kill his troops...so obviously he's not dead. It's really my only issue with the game, I want more main story!
Well, if it is just another set of zones (which I also expect it to be) ZOS kind of made it confusing with the 'transfer your characters' comment, didn't they, because there's no 'transfer' process at all if it's just more zones.CosmicSoul wrote: »So they said we can transfer our characters to Morrowind but will we be able to transfer them back to the base game and so forth? Facepalm what is so confusing about an expansion, they never once said it was a seperate game lol.
This, it will work just like Wrothgar except you has to use wayshine and probably an ship the first time you visit. They're using these terms only because it's their largest DLC content yet, so they're hyping it. But in reality it's just going to act the same as Wrothgar does, it's on the main world map, you can enter Vvardenfell from any other zone just by Wayshrine as normal. You'll just need to own Morrowind in order to gain access to the zone, just like any other DLC.

It's all the same map.
