@ZOS_GinaBruno Any chance we can get a response to Cloak being bugged? There's still bugs that were introduced almost a year ago with the Dark Brotherhood patch that haven't been fixed. See here: https://forums.elderscrollsonline.com/en/discussion/326554/things-that-break-cloak/p1

I've been running Ball of Light the last 2 days instead of Streak, and haven't had the bug happen even after excessive testing all over milegates, ect. I know some others have been saying the same thing, but I don't think it's common knowledge yet.
I know we've been asking to make BoL viable again, but not like this!
Problem is that BoL doesn't do any damage, something dual wield specs usually count on. Plus it leaves a cool glowing bread-crumb trail for that 30 man Zerg full of try-hards to follow you.
I'll stick with the bug thanks.
Been running Ball of Light on my DW sorc today. I haven't really felt a change in my pressure out-put, other then being able to reliably kite inside of towers and stuff. Then again, I also usually run it on my backbar. If you run it on your DW bar then yeah, it is noticeable.

I reluctantly made the switch, and probably won't go back even if they fix it.
The ball light has absorbed more potato fire staff heavy attacks, force pulses, and frag spam than I can count. It's saved me from hordes of try hards chasing me for way longer than reasonable.
It's a must for anyone spending as much time as we do running from 12-18 man groups
