It's a new fun feature. Treat it like a new game within the game. See, a DK chains you into a group while talons are applied to you. Then you try to see how long you can stay alive until you can streak out. It's loads of and loads of fun. Entirely exhilarating when you some how manage to escape, only to start the game all over again!

I can understand it's hard to fix it, maybe would be an awesome solution put a flat map. Also remove all keeps and put flags only is much more easy for you, dear devs

I feel you my Sorc brothers and sisters! hope this bug get's fixed asap I haven't had it since the maintence but then again I haven't streaked near a doorway. get Xv1ed by the doorway and AD/DC/EP enemies lol

not gonna read every response here but this has also happened to me streaking through FD of a keep under siege (meaning FD is busted down).
Its extremely frustrating when potatoes are killing you because of this bug.

I think its safe to say it happens under ANY bridge/arch type structure or open doorways.

Every sorc in this thread needs to be in game and use the /bug report.
Try to reproduce it and capture on video (i have several clips)
@Minalan this means you too, take a break from RoM, obviously you and impen gloves were not meant to be.

If you'd farm it with me That'd double my chances and get you a chest piece that you need.

It's like 1 in 9 chance to get the gloves, and another 1 in 8 for the trait I want? That's like 1 in 72. RNG in this game is sickening.

At this point I am thinking ZOS is intentionally ignoring this because they don't know how long it will take them to fix it. Maybe they figure if they never acknowledge the problem publicly they can claim ignorance and let themselves off the hook for slow response time somehow.

I honestly think just saying "thanks, we are aware but will take time to develop a fix" would be less infuriating than the cricket treatment.

Make sure everyone experiencing the problem keeps putting in tickets is all I can say. Don't rely on the forums.

It would be nice to get a dam response/answer from ZOS regarding this issue.......Its been happening long enough. They can turn cp on and off, add bonuses too Hewsbane and still havent fixed this *** yet.......

Edit: @ZOS_GinaBruno, @ZOS_BrianWheeler if we were to "actually" get all the sorcs to post separate threads in regard to this matter, flooding the dam forum, would we then get a response??? Im sure thats not what you guys want, considering....there are "A LOT" of us....

Little update:

I've been running Ball of Light the last 2 days instead of Streak, and haven't had the bug happen even after excessive testing all over milegates, ect. I know some others have been saying the same thing, but I don't think it's common knowledge yet.

I know we've been asking to make BoL viable again, but not like this!

Played my sorc for the first time since March of last year. Learned very quickly that you do not use streak on the first floor of a Keep if going through the doorways. Was very annoying...

Problem is that BoL doesn't do any damage, something dual wield specs usually count on. Plus it leaves a cool glowing bread-crumb trail for that 30 man Zerg full of try-hards to follow you.

I'll stick with the bug thanks.

Been running Ball of Light on my DW sorc today. I haven't really felt a change in my pressure out-put, other then being able to reliably kite inside of towers and stuff. Then again, I also usually run it on my backbar. If you run it on your DW bar then yeah, it is noticeable.
