Laundered items disappearing

This bug (apparently introduced with the Jester Festival) was already mentioned in this thread, without any acknowledgement from ZOS.
Symptoms : whenever you open a reward box from the Thieves' Guild (covetous countess, etc...) you see the laundered items, but once you've retrieved them, they disappear from your inventory.
Other relevant info :
- It doesn't happen all the time
- It can happen with white items as well as with green items
- It can happen or not happen, without any indication of interfering factors
- It can happen on any character, anytime
- It can happen with addons, with addons disabled, or with addons completely deleted.
It is EXTREMELY frustrating.
@ZOS_GinaBruno please do something and let us know.

flotsam✭✭This has been happening to me lately too. Same thing, taking items from the large laundered shipment from the Covetous Countess quest. Interestingly, I did not lose the motifs. I've submitted a bug report, haven't received the confirmation yet.0
