Are there any runeboxes (not the memento items, I mean gold runeboxes) other than the cherry branch? I'd like to know what all I need to collect other than the recipes. Thanks.

Are the Jester's small and large trees found only as random rewards from the festival boxes? if so, pretty rare as far as I am concerned. Anyone found them in the festival boxes yet?
Are they Cherry trees that differ from the ones you can buy from the achievement vendor in Skywatch?
