During beta of the game I created 3 toons for each faction.

AD: I really do not like the area's in AD territory. Also the quests where my least favorites
EP: Nords are cool and so are the snowy mountains. I love the alien landscape of Morrowind and it's weird creatures. Quests where also fun to do.
DC: And then I fell in love. Pirate theme'd Stros m'kai is for me the best starter island. The 2nd island Benthik was very fun to do and DC is the only alliance I actually loved all zones and quests.

So DC it is for me. I wanted to create in Imperial back then but because of DC I created a Breton and didn't have any regrets. I now reserved my Imperial to play as Warden.

It's ironic to see EP questlines fighting DC Necromancers & AD questlines fighting DC Necromancers, yet a lot of DC questlines is fighting Non-Faction Necromancers.

In every TES game I played a Dunmer. So it's wasn't a hard decision

I play all of them but I enjoy more playing on DC.

On my server and platform DC is the less popular alliance, while others alliances can have full on 2 campaigns we struggle to get full on 1, we never have scrolls or emp and we always get rekt but that's what I like, being outnumbered, fighting 10 reds and 10 yellows while I'm the only DC there, this alliance made me the player that I am, it forced me to play solo, it forced me to be outnumbered, it forced me to create builds for it and to use different skills for it, this is why I love DC because this alliance is the only reason I am who I am in this game and I would be always grateful for it.

I will always remember those days in Azura when we got pushed to our doors, AD pop locked DC 0 bars and I was the only one with balls to go and try to 1vX them, I was dying and coming back, dying and coming back, getting tbagged but coming back while my alliance was using siege weapons and scared to fight them I was the only one on my tree fighting, I died maybe 100 times in few hours but then I did it, I killed 3 of them in a 1v7 with 290cp then I died but I didn't gave up and I came back then players stopped attacking me and watched me and then I realized that they were scared of me only few were still attacking but I've died so many times that I already knew what to do so I killed them again and again and again, always outnumbered always solo and started feeling this sensation of power, being feared and it became an addiction.

Now I can stand in the bridge of Alessia while a zerg of 50 red players will go through me and no one will try to fight me, I will never find any game that provides me this type of sensation that's why I will never leave.

Maybe you stayed dead this time and are a ghost and don't realize it yet.

DC is the best at small scale PvP

AD because they're the best.

I made a character for each alliance and now little bit over halfway through EP, and finished the other two. So my number one is probably AD, since it is the first alliance I played with my very first character, a khajit, and I didn't know *** and just have good memories of that. Also grahtwood, greenshade are awesome areas, Razum-dar is great, velyn harbor in malabol tor is still my go-to city and the quest line in repears march was awesome.

EP I came to enjoy when I entered shadowfen. It's a really cool area and interesting argonian quests.

DC I found the most boring. I really liked alik'r and the desert part of bangorai but the other areas I really don't like so much. Also worst sidekick.

So AD best than EP, than DC

I like AD best but all my toons are DC for simplicity and PvP. +being DC means I don't have to do DC for Cadwell.

This is a great discussion, it's good to see everyone's opinions and how they differ!

My favourite is the Aldmeri Dominion, all the zones are very scenic though I can understand that Valenwood may be a bit repetitive to some I really enjoyed the quest line there too, it felt like I was important to the alliance and it's people. Daggerfall Covenant comes closest in this regard, and Ebonheart Pact a distant third. A lot of the questing there felt a bit disjointed, though I love all the zones bar Shadowfen.

Dunmer are my favourite race and volcano's and snow are two of my favourite environments in games. If we could get rid of that stupid bog at the bottom of our faction it would be swell though.
