@Zeuq and Chief (I think his forum account got 1vxed) showed me a cause of health desyncs that they discovered. Hopefully this will help ZOS to fix the issue.

I know I get extremely health desynced in groups if we take a lot of damage & I use remembrance. We pretty much get stuck on the HP we were on, when I used remembrance.
Stuck in 9% HP & permanent red flashing screen? All good. It'll just drive you nuts and ruin your eyes but the flashing red is.. great.Ignorance is the greatest weapon of tyranny.

✭✭✭✭✭Hmm, my health desyncs are usually the opposite of this. My health displays 50% even though I am at 100% (consequently I can go down to 0% health without dying).
This video show the opposite thing happening. Either way, inaccurate health bar display makes playing the game pretty tough.0 -
