Are there any guilds out there looking for a in house master crafter. Basically I'd craft for the guild and the guild would help me get motif styles I'm missing. Seems like a symbiotic relationship. Or maybe this is just unheard of. I don't know.

    This is not uncommon at all. It is, as you say, mutually beneficial.

    Magicka, khajiit's guild, is not actively looking for a master crafter specifically (guildmaster khajiit is a master crafter himself), but we are always looking for high level crafters and low level crafters that want to help or learn, respectively. Magicka is an RP guild, so you should be aware of that, but if you're seeking knowledge and abilities (and a family of likeminded adventurers), Magicka is a good place to start.
