Access code e-mail not working,

Some e-mails are showing up, none of the access code e-mails are sending. can't log in. 24 hour wait time for each attempt to send password, i tested some other e-mail prompts from their website and some work some don't.

ZOS_CoriJ✭✭✭✭✭Please contact SUPPORT at the top of the page for further information. You can use the Web Assistant to address this matter. WitchyWarrior✭✭✭✭I know all about this! Took forever to get it fixed, but I finally did.
Submit a ticket, and they will 1st send you a reply with generic instructions to go through. You reply back that those didn't work(if they in fact didn't).
Then they will ask you for a new email address to use to get the access codes from now on.
I had to make a new Gmail address and send it to them. They changed it and now I can get the access codes.
It takes a few back and forths but eventually it will get worked on.
