Accidentally used my gold skin changer book [XBOX NA]

So I was opening coffers in my inventory, in fact I only got to open one, and my inventory reshuffled itself so as soon as I opened once, thinking I would still be under the coffers tab, I accidentally used/learnt my gold Skinchanger book instead. I've sent in a ticket but is there any way I can be 'refunded' my book? As it's a collectors item and I didn't hold onto it to learn the styles....

I know they do item returns in support tickets but not sure about if they'll give you back a used consumable you benefited from, as I don't know if they can undo the learnt motif on your character.@Turelus - EU PC Megaserver

I've heard of them returning missing items, but yeah like you said, unsure on things I've benefited from. Hell im even happy for them to rollback my account a day so I get my book back, I don't care for the motifs learnt on this character as it's not my crafter. I just don't want to be out of pocket 500k-1m because my inventory reshuffled itself when I opened a coffer. Cheers though man0 -

✭✭✭✭✭You could always consider buying all the purple motifs and asking if they can remove those and give you your gold one.

ZOS_CoriJ✭✭✭✭✭Developers work primarily on unintended bugs in the game and do not address individual user requests. The best attempt at assistance would be to contact customer support who has access to your individual game account and can further investigate. Ragnaarok✭✭Alright no worries thanks for the response. I submitted a ticket and yeah they pretty much said there's nothing they can do about it. Maybe in future you guys can look at fixing, or changing the re-ordering of items after consuming something. If you don't quite get what I mean, I'll use myself as an example.
I had 4 undaunted coffers in my invective
I opened one
After accepting what was inside the coffer, instead of my inventory staying selected in the coffer tab, it automatically threw me into my motifs tab, hence using the book.
But all in all thanks for the response and whatnot0
