    There are people who are waiting for an action from customer support for serious issues they're helpless about, like missing crowns, or game breaking problems.     Thanks to the efforts of @ZOS_GinaBruno everything has been sorted and fixed. I was able to have access to retrieve my items, and all is well.

    It would be logical that Zos would permit @Ch4mpTW this keep access to the home after renturning his crowns and removing them he crown purchased furnishings. They would want to give him time to remove any additional furnishings he had placed there.

    Seems logical though we do not know if they communicated this with him. Although I would not think they were letting me keep the home and start spending crown to furnish it. Especially after they refunded the crown used to purchase it.

    If not, you should have.

    1. You bought a house with crowns, didn't like it and asked for a refund. They gave you said refund.
    2. So even though you got a refund, you continued to decorate the house and spent crowns/gold on it even though you knew it was no longer yours.
    3. Now you are here complaining that you lost all your stuff after the house was finally removed from your account.

    Okay question, Why are you still decorating a house that you supposedly did not like?

    What i think is, you did not like the house so you got a refund. But then when it was not immediately removed, you thought you had bypassed the system and was getting a free house. You were cool keeping and decorating a "Free House" just not one you paid for.

    I think you are getting what you deserve. Being dishonest does not pay and you are reaping the rewards for it.

    It can take days for items to be removed because billing and accounting doesn't handle that, they just handle the bookkeeping and forward a separate ticket for that account maintenance.

    Sometimes payments credits are fairly immediate, but sometimes it can take up to two full billing cycles to see any credits on a statement. It depends on the terms found in your credit company's documentation.

    Most people don't read that documentation in the first place.

    This thread is another good example of how consumers often don't understand the departmental structure of the products they use and can assume things which have no factual basis. And it's not the responsibility of a company to explicitly defuse misinformation on the consumer side. Most already have some sort of documentation that already passively defuses common misconceptions.
