Minor vunerability (wise mage set) is not working at all.

I tested it with physical and magic dmg. It should give a result similar to combat heal (8% dmg buff) but does pretty much nothing.
I believe it is a typo and is doing 0.8% because it registers a 25point dmg increase on 3000 rather than the intended 8.0%
