Skill resets not allowing morphs.

Hey as the title says, I reset my skills after the update on Ps4 NA and when going back through my skills It would not allow me to morph a couple skills that I have already maxed out very long ago.
The specific skills I'm referring to are destructive touch, I previously had the morph destructive reach and fiery grip was previously morphed to the one that returns magic cost.
Both of these skills were maxed out and fully morphed prior to the Homestead update.
Unfortunately I already spend 15k gold to find this out. I am not aware of any others at this time.

✭✭✭Any skill that got moved around in the skill tree would have to have their base form re leveled. But as soon as its morphed it will be fully leveled. Its intended behavior sadly. We all had to do it.0
