RIP in ZOS, this been happening alot to every heal including BOL and healing ulti it takes the magicka/ultimate points and it doesn't heal aside from healing does one tick and then cancels it self.

The same thing has been happening with Healing Ward. Sometimes it just skips the animation.

Yeah, they slightly changed something animation wise i guess, i.e. you can now completely skip the dawnbreaker animation - like completely completely. You will just see opponents health bars moving, no other effect displayed, not even the flashing light that used to appear even when ac'ing like a pro.

Feels strange.

This was the animation issue I mentioned earlier in the month.

I found I could reproduce it using spectre eye set, channeled focus and casting BoL at certain server time. But my animations are better since the cyro patch.

I'm not sure how else it's being triggered.

Edit: force pulse was also affected for me. All other skills on my bar worked. And you couldn't block cancel once you used the spells that glitched; you had to wait till the end of the effect.

Casuals kept complaining that animation cancelling was too hard and cheating, so they just made it automatic for everyone !

This isn't an issue with Vigor. Same thing happened to me yesterday while trying to cast Volatile Armor. Magicka was consumed and I got my buffs, animation was just auto-cancelled.

I've had it happen with Breath of Life too, which is pretty nice. It's inconsistent though, so I don't know if it's lag related or something else.

omg it's not nice at all ><
Sometimes you don't even realize it's gone off 3+ times because it destroys the flow of skills completely. I'm so used to animation cancelling my breath of life, or waiting for that very slight extra time it manually takes to animation cancel it, and it just throws me off. I hate, hate, hate it. I wish they'd fix the problem already.

Yep, noticed that when using vigor on stam toons and when using BoL on healer ... skill does not fire but consumes resources.
