And even with it reduced to 30 days it'd take 5 months to become 10 trait on all of blacksmithing and clothing
These are the same people in a video who referred verbally to Morrowind as "downloadable content", then proceeded to spark the "DLC vs Expansion promises broken" outrage for a week.

My point is, you should not over-analyze statements made by any ZOS representative that are not official announcements. ZOS has a history of casually making statements that don't end up materializing once official patch announcements come around.
