Missing Items and Gold
I logged into my account tonight and found a bunch of items and gold missing from my account on PS4. I never received any email notifications about my account information being changed or hacked and had no issues logging in, however on my character I went from over a million gold down to 7,358, had over 120 items in my inventory that is now down to 49 and my bank inventory went from a little over 200 items down to 161.

✭✭✭✭✭Sounds like you got hacked. File a report with ZOS and see if they can trace where your stuff was sent to ...

I have had a similar problem, but instead of items, its game progress.
I returned back to this game after 8 months to a year out, and found that my Cadwells gold progress has been stumped back 3 regions. I was in The Rift, but now had to go back to Shadowfen, but then the Hatching Pools quest has bugged, so ill never finish gold unless ZOS sort it out. It's telling me I've not been in delves in Deshaan despite earning the Deshaan master explorer, same for Stonefalls, that I've ran through about 6 times, despite having Telvanni brown dye, the achievement has been locked again.
I filed multiple tickets with ZOS, but no news yet"May your sword be sharp, and your tongue sharper!"0 -
Resfeber✭✭✭No offense, Simon, but I don't find those similar at all.
A rollback in progress is more complicated than someone hacking an account and stealing stuff. Also, dunno if you've been around the forums last year but there isn't usually much ZOS typically does for rollbacks to begin with.
I've been lectured by support not to open multiple tickets since it takes longer for them to sort through. I'd just hang tight for now.
