[Bug] SubSampling Quality setting isnt working in Homestead

✭✭✭✭✭I must admit I am very dissapointed. Many exploits was hotfixed instantly but here thing that would help players a lot and bring back fun from playing willl be fixed next week ? I am sure that if this setting would stuck at medium or low it would be hotfixed instantly due to larger player base complaining about this. It's really really dissapointing.

✭✭I'm not defending ZOS, but not everything can be hotfixed and requires a client patch. And I imagine that ZOS might schedule downtime with their server lease provider so they can do hardware and/or software (OS) updates at the same time they provide us with patches, so I don't imagine it's something they can easily change on the fly.0 -

Seriously... they put the game with the newest patch on PTS, a lot of bugs were reported constantly and whats ZOS doing?
Just slapping it without any bugfixes AT ALL onto the main game. Really, I feel no sorry for their situation. When exactly will developers learn, that they will drive the game against the wall at some time?
I came to ESO right after the OT-update. That update was well-done, beside of a few things. But the state of the game this time? PVP is broken due to invisible enemies. The game is not playable for you, the ones with a weaker PC due to stiings locked on ultra. We get trown to log-in screen all of sudden. (can I add the CC-bug also? Because I heard surprisingly nothing of it) Oh, and we are drown in UI-errors.
All I do is asking me, how on earth did this happen??? What the hell did they change to break the game in such way??

With customers like this I don't understand why they would bust their asses to fix anything at all.

First: comuntity created 5+ threads befor you noticed that. Second: after big explanation that i wrote in support ticket i received the answer ib 3 days that said : try to fix it yourself, in usersettings.txt blahblahblah. Third. If you fixed it - why you can't run urgent maintenence ? Why people need too wait explain pls. And yes. Mate belive me if that setting would stuck at medium or low not on high hotfix would be ready and released in 1 day because larger playerbase would be affected and many new players could say ,,graphic sucks I'm out". I've been playing this game since release and there was many times when certain issues was hotfixed instantly if crying on forum was large enough. So please play on Your high setting and dont comment problems that doesnt affect You. They dont want to make additional server downtime when larger player base is not affected by issue and is hyped on housing , spending lot of crowns on it especially in weekend and we all knows how usually server downtimes ends up - with additional few hours because of new issues.3 -

They listened. But a couple of low end computer users arent going to stop this money train! They cant even afford a decent computer, they surely cant be buying many crowns!

It does not. Even tried to change the file setting to 'read only' afterwards and it did not make a difference.
Yeah. Im as frustrated as everyone else.
If this doesn't get fixed this patch I'm pretty much cancelling my ESO +.

Depends how much time you play the game for, and how much disposable income you have irl. If you play at least 10 hours a week, spending a grand on a decent computer seems like a great purchase IMO.0 -
