Can't lower subsampling on the PTS.

I can set the settings to low/medium/high (ingame), but the subsampling always remains on high, no matter what I choose.

Wanted to get proper DPS-tests done, but with my laptop and all my addons needed, I get 23 fps on high subsampling quality.

I'd be happy if you could look into that tomorrow!

Try setting the umbrella graphics level to a different one from what it is, then manually readjusting the variables again. I've never seen an option get locked before.

It isn't "locked" in the sense that you can't choose something else, it just doesn't do anything when I do so. Weird is that when I choose minimum graphics, it sets subsampling to high instead of low. Whatever that is, it's a bug that needs fixing before it carries over to live.

I have the same (or similar) problem. I can change the Subsampling, but even if I select something other than High, the visuals remain on High (ie, the setting will say Low, but it will still actually be High).

Yep, exactly what I have!

I checked the usersettings.ini in the Documents/Elder Scrolls Online/pts/ directory, and it says SET SUB_SAMPLING "0". So tthe setting itself should be correct, but it somehow doesn't carry over to the game...

Still hasnt changed, can't lower the subsampling ingame and per changing teh usersettings.ini file. I have another issue since last PTS update: My launcher doesnt recognise my installed PC EU Game. It shows the install button DESPITE me being able to just start the live game through the .exe in the game folder. I'm not downloading the whole game again!
