mag NB, best crafted gear

hi, atm whats the best crafted gear for mag NB? asking since I havent played it for a long time now, plus all the gear/skill changes, and I mostly do solo content, I do dungeons now and then, but have limited time to play, so I dont want to farm for gear at this point, I have the ilambris head/shoulders, not sure if I should use those whith julianos, twice'born, or skip the ilambris, any ideas are welcome

✭✭Just farm for the burning spellweave from City of Ash 1 or 2. It's pretty good. Gear still drops at your level whether normal or vet.0 -
