135k gold missing

Hello,
I recently deposited 135,000 gold into the guild bank of "The Ska'vyn Exchange" to pay for an auction. The gold was taken from my inventory but it didn't go into the guild bank (it's not showing up in the history, and other deposits from other people are). I have checked many times, and this gold wasn't deposited into any other guild bank. Is there any way that this gold can be retrieved or processed properly? Right now it seems to be nowhere.
The character that deposited the gold was "Alkaerar". (Altmer Sorcerer, Daggerfall Covenant).
The time that the gold was deposited was sometime around 4PM Australian Eastern Daylight Time Sunday (12 AM midnight EST Sunday). It may have been around 30 minutes before or after, unfortunately I did not record the exact time.

You are not alone , this bug happens to me with food and drinks when i try to deposit them on the guild bank .Edited by Apherius on February 5, 2017 7:20PM1 -

unofrtunately this is a common bug. Make a ticket detailing the exact amount of money you deposited into what bank with the general timeframe and they should give you your gold back. Its happened to me twice nowMechanically Challenged, PCNA competitive raid guild

unofrtunately this is a common bug. Make a ticket detailing the exact amount of money you deposited into what bank with the general timeframe and they should give you your gold back. Its happened to me twice now

angellee94Soul ShrivenThis happened to me on February 5th, as well. I submitted a ticket, which doesn't appear in my ticket history. I deposited over 3,151,000 gold from auction proceeds to our guild bank around 2:00 p.m. PST and and it totally vanished. My gold inventory level went to zero. There is no deposit history for me in any of the guilds I am in, and my personal bank still had the 40,000+ gold that I had transferred before the auction. Needless to say, my fellow guildies would like the money back! I guess I will have to create another ticket since the first one apparently didn't actually go through.0
