Logging in post patch I was dismayed to see my inbox was wiped out. I had like 6 or 7 messages that I had sent to a friend of mine full of items. She returned them and I was waiting till after patch to open them because I needed to make space in my bags. They are just all gone now.
I've tried opening a support issue through the website and it won't let me for missing items that aren't bought with crowns. I get a message saying "If the missing items have not been purchased through the Crown Store, the system will not be able to restore them"
I submitted a /bug in game but there isn't a very good category for reporting missing items from mail.
I'm really hoping that this can be resolved.
