Why, where we buy "Morrowind® Digital Edition" we cant download and play?

Well, why my friend cant see download button?
What he need to do for playing now?
Also: he cant buy Digital or Gold Edition now, because "YOU DONT QUALIFY".

    I think you can't use the copy purchased until the games launch on June 6th as he's purchased Morrowind not Tamriel Unlimited.

    You should have him file a support ticket on the support page: https://help.elderscrollsonline.com
    Use the button the right side called "web assist" to submit a ticket their customer support. Tell them you purchased the wrong copy and would like a refund in order to purchase gold edition, then purchase gold and the upgrade after that.

    But this is illogical! We buy a package that includes The Elder Scrolls® Online: Tamriel Unlimited ™. What prevents us to use it now, he's already bought In the pack.

    Ahh. Interesting catch-22.

    I wonder if opening a support ticket might not get Tamriel Unlimited unlocked, at least while they figure out what to do when this happens.

    I was told it was a pre-order, then i had to reply asking for a refund. the support is horrible i don't know if it is normally this slow but it's putting me off the game that i've not given a go since beta

    Support is a lucky dip and depends on the issue, who deals with it and the attitudes of those submitting tickets.

    Personally I have never had a bad support ticket and have submitted a number of complex issues, that's not to say they're always good but it's not all the horror you read on the forums.

    At least they're offering the refund and sorting it out. I had a similar issue on game launch when I pre-ordered via Game UK, applied my pre-order code then had Game cancel my order (with no notification). So when I went to purchase the base game via ZOS store I couldn't as the pre-order code was telling the system I purchased the game already.

    It took a long chain of emails (10 or so, which is a lot for a ticket normally) but eventually by doing everything they asked, remaining calm and polite they were able to clear the mark on my account and I could purchase digital collectors from them.
