RavenRoxie✭✭✭✭@ZOS_DaryaK I was also gifted ESO over a year ago through steam aswell. Although I did put the card number in for my last esoplus purchase. But, I'm having trouble getting into my account, have for over a week now and receive no response to my tickets. I can not log into the website though and wondered if I should make another account and then send a ticket in? Very confused and at this point lost and running out of ideas to get my issue looked at.
These are the ticket numbers I thought to save. Any help at all would be extremely appreciated.
