Stuck in the ground as I load into the game

This happens basically every time I log off one toon and switch to an alt. I load in, and my character is halfway stuck in the ground. I can look down and see into nothingness, and see part of the world above me. Can't move for anywhere from 30 seconds to 2 minutes until I "pop out" up into the world.
This is a recent thing, I wanna say since the One Tamriel update. Once in a while wouldn't be an issue but it happens every single time..
Could this be due to an addon or something, or are other people experiencing this bug as well?

Not sure if you're serious. But, that thought has crossed my mind. I thought maybe it's due to the increase of players per instance per zone since One Tamriel, and it's just a side effect of the time it takes the game to load you into the world properly.
I've also noticed that certain NPCs take noticeably longer to appear since One Tamriel, but that's not really a problem.
However I'm not sure if either of these things are really related to One Tamriel or not. That's just roughly the time frame for how long I've been experience the "stuck in ground" issue.0 -

Yeah, no worries. I posted this same thing in the tech support forum a while back but didn't receive any replies.
I do usually log out in highly populated areas like Mournhold. I'm going to try logging out and back in to a less popular area to test if it has anything to do with that.
Really just curious about whether anyone else has had this same issue.0 -

✭✭✭✭✭I've never disappeared into the ground at any time, immediately on login or later. I don't use addons, and never have. Maybe that's the explanation.

). Why be normal when you can be better?

I usually just emerge from the ground after 30 seconds or so. But yeah there was one time when I didn't--had to port to another player or wayshrine.0
