Combo is right. I'm considering unsubbing but the crafting bag is effectively holding me hostage. I should just bite the bullet.

The crafting bag is really cool. But honestly we should all get together and just unsub. The game is in such a horrible state. When was the last time you were able to be in chat and not dread joining another one for fear of being locked out of all chats? And that's just the latest issue..

So, when is your game coming out?

You can spew and rant all you want but I haven't seen one thing from you about a solution to any of your complaints.

Mindless ranting just makes you look like an angry little garden gnome.

How about you take a look at my profile and read some of the posts I've made about that exact thing?

This isn't about me making g that kind of post. This is about how the game is unplayable on the console versions and how ZOS is consistently failing to deliver any form of customer service or concern for their game. Or even keep its own promises.

I'm going to go out on a limb here...
But using how IPs usually work when one company owns it and another is developing content for it, there will be times when certain information being released is a decision belonging to someone other than you think. I'm guessing ZOS has a little more headroom for doing what they want since they belong to the same holding company that Bethesda does, but...

Considering the fact that the person who runs ESO marketing lists Bethesda on her resume and not ZOS, considering this tweet from the VP of Marketing at Bethesda:

One might possibly come to the conclusion that Firor is not yet allowed to announce anything.

Also, if I was in Firor's position, I'd publish the letter as soon as I could, if for only giving numbnuts at the top of this thread something different to cry about.

I truly believe this is not what you are looking for. I'm sorry also. However at least this is a start. There is so many changes in Update 13. Here is what going on. However it does not show the years ahead.

I think and believe that ZOS is waiting. Until before every update and post on PTS instead. As this link for example for update 13 on pts. I believe ZOS quit writing of what you are wanting op. To let it be a surprise no offense.

Did 2017 catch you by surprise ZOS?

It's a month into the year and you still haven't let us know what promises you're going to break this year. If you had any idea what you were doing the year ahead road map would have been finished months ago.

The fact that you have yet to give your customers this information shows that you yourselves don't know where you are going with it.

Your customer support is a joke. Like a giant tag team of automated responses. Designed to grind customers will and desire to ever attempt to con tact you again. Also, what the heck is up with auto banning player for "sending too many items in the mail" that's got to be a joke. A sick joke by a company that doesnt know how to run an actual company. I am beyond disappointed in what you have done to ESO. It verges on disgust.

Higher some customer support. Higher a PR firm and LISTEN TO THEM. because right now, whoever is leading this charade is going to drive it into the ground.

this will only get locked. but you need to explore other games. ESO has taken a serious direction change and it is not longer a premium MMO after one Tam the game is going more along the lines of a place between Gw2 and SWTOR. Its really not ESO or matts fault its the man behind the curtain with the bag of money that let go all the people that actually Make MMO's and MMO game systems.

I doubt this will get locked. I could be wrong. But ZOS has got to know they are messing up. What they really need to do is have a serious sit down with its influential players. Heck I would be surprised if ZOS even knew who those players were. This game could be amazing. But they are dropping the ball hard.

I would have to say, I am looking forward to the year ahead. But crap-talking ZOS isn't going to help your cause. If you did that to a waiter, they might spit in your food. :# (Actually, this may explain some of the changes they've made... LOL!)
I think housing is a pretty big undertaking. I don't like most of the pve things affected this coming DLC. [Frost staff tanking, not enough love for magnb, losing my ability to stack siphon and ele, Stam toons official death in trials..]
But still. C'mon. I'm hoping their working hard so my Playstation doesn't turn into a potato in this next patch. I can worry about the rest of the year after I get my test dummy.

I just don't understand how these people keep their jobs. The game is a total mess. Voice chat doesn't even work 70% of the time. Skills are broken. The lag is out of this world. And the customer service doesn't exist. Not to mention the gamble boxes. Ugh...

What I just don't understand is why people who hold these views are still around here. If I had even half of those issues with a game I'd be playing something else and I'd also move on from the game's forum. Fortunately I don't recognise any of the issues so I'm happily playing the game and still visiting the forum.

I also don't understand why anyone should imagine for a moment that carping on about such things and insulting the developers while doing so is in any way going to help get the issues resolved.

Think talking about ubsubscribing from game is really unnecessary, overall the game is best MMO out there. Yeah, it could be better, but that's what we have. And also the crafting bag? How can you play without it if you are serious about the game? And it's only 15$ per month. Only one AAA game every 3-4 months. Although I'm not ESO+ subscriber but I respect you all guys, you are the ones who bring the real money to the company.

Ugh...

if you view the game like that, seriously, don't play the game, rather than salty/angry etc towards it, its just a game play another, you waste your breath and energy to get salty about it

stop playing the game probably have more impact/noticable rather than talking crap to the dev which you still paying and playign their product with all those stuff taht you mad about

Welcome to a healthy consumer-corporate relationship.

It's not our jobs to praise them because others are worse, or because their job is difficult. That's not our concern. They are not our friends.

It's our position to encourage them (with feedback and money) when they do something we like, and to voice our dissatisfaction and close our wallets when they rip us off. I will never understand people's "loyalty" to companies. It's nonsense.

Can we disagree with the way companies run (or don't run) things we enjoy? Yes, and we should. But to praise because things could be worse, and to belittle those who actively give feedback (yes even negative) isn't productive at all. Comments like your's are ridiculous.

And you felt that your OP was encouraging? You felt your DEMANDS were encouraging? I completely disagree with many things that they are doing, and am screaming up on the point of where I unsub and walk.

What I WON'T do is make DEMANDS and rant and bluster like a child thinking that I can change someone's corporate structure if I whine loudly enough.

I will just unsub, give away all my stuff, and walk away like a man.

Some of you may noticed I replied to your comment with the exact same thing. That is because you are all "white knighting" for a company and basically saying the same thing. "Who am I to criticize ZOS, just leave" - I am a paying subscriber on 4 accounts. I run a 400 player guild and help run several others. I have been playing since beta and I help to keep the as enjoyable as possible for all of my members in game. I am sick and tired of ZERO support from ZOS for people like myself. While they act like everytime is great, all the while we; the players who go the extra mile for the in game community, get shafted. Game chat has been broken for 2WEEKS. And they haven't even issued a statement. There are exploits that have been in game since day 1 and they are not fixed.

Point being, don't sit there and criticize or belittle people for givin feedback. Yeah I'm mad. And I should be. But I am voicing my concerns and opinions in the only way that will prove effective to ZOS. By telling the forums and keeping it civil.
