Did 2017 catch you by surprise ZOS?

It's a month into the year and you still haven't let us know what promises you're going to break this year. If you had any idea what you were doing the year ahead road map would have been finished months ago.

The fact that you have yet to give your customers this information shows that you yourselves don't know where you are going with it.

Your customer support is a joke. Like a giant tag team of automated responses. Designed to grind customers will and desire to ever attempt to con tact you again. Also, what the heck is up with auto banning player for "sending too many items in the mail" that's got to be a joke. A sick joke by a company that doesnt know how to run an actual company. I am beyond disappointed in what you have done to ESO. It verges on disgust.

Higher some customer support. Higher a PR firm and LISTEN TO THEM. because right now, whoever is leading this charade is going to drive it into the ground.

    I would have to say, I am looking forward to the year ahead. But crap-talking ZOS isn't going to help your cause. If you did that to a waiter, they might spit in your food. :# (Actually, this may explain some of the changes they've made... LOL!)
    I think housing is a pretty big undertaking. I don't like most of the pve things affected this coming DLC. [Frost staff tanking, not enough love for magnb, losing my ability to stack siphon and ele, Stam toons official death in trials..]
    But still. C'mon. I'm hoping their working hard so my Playstation doesn't turn into a potato in this next patch. I can worry about the rest of the year after I get my test dummy.

    My point here is, it isn't lime 2017 snuck up and surprised everyone. They knew it was comes. Literally years before it got here. And your telling me the had all that time and still could manage to set a deadline and put something together? Who does that? Mickey mouse?

    I disagree with you being so aggressive and insulting, but I have to admit their Customer Support is ridiculous.

    I've contacting them numerous times and every time I get the same copy-paste mail.

    In before lock. Seriously, I share your frustration. The only reason I'm still here and giving ZOS money is the genre/lore of the Elder Scrolls and my fantastic guild of awesome players and friends. Neither has anything to do with Zenimax. Every time they manage to get me excited about something they disappoint me instead.

    I take offence to that. I worked for Disney's customer service for 2 and a half years. Their mmo games were broken as hell but our customer service was boss.

    I echo Combo. Zos Customer Service is terrible. I sent a ticket and I swear only after the 4th reply of an auto response and me calling out that BS did they actually read and look into my problem. It's embarrassing. Not to mention how buggy and broken aspects of their game is...

    It's fun and the community keeps us active but it seems Zos is active in banning key players and GM's that worked their asses off making their game what it is...

    This next month will determine a lot on how and if we continue to play this game or more on to greener pastures... fix your *** Zos.

    Nah I think I will stay subbed. Crafting bag is worth it on its own and I love the game so I don't mind paying a measly $15 a month to support the game.

    I wonder what that lots to talk about is, speculation, free to play ? revamp ? pulling the plug ? please bring more cheaters we need the business ? or maybe something good like a huge up coming dlc with lots of content, maybe a real epic sized expansion, makes my mind wonder in so many directions and that's tough for my two brain cells LOL

    So, when is your game coming out?

    this will only get locked. but you need to explore other games. ESO has taken a serious direction change and it is not longer a premium MMO after one Tam the game is going more along the lines of a place between Gw2 and SWTOR. Its really not ESO or matts fault its the man behind the curtain with the bag of money that let go all the people that actually Make MMO's and MMO game systems.
