The crafting bag is really cool. But honestly we should all get together and just unsub. The game is in such a horrible state. When was the last time you were able to be in chat and not dread joining another one for fear of being locked out of all chats? And that's just the latest issue..
So, when is your game coming out?
You can spew and rant all you want but I haven't seen one thing from you about a solution to any of your complaints.
Mindless ranting just makes you look like an angry little garden gnome.

It's a month into the year and you still haven't let us know what promises you're going to break this year. If you had any idea what you were doing the year ahead road map would have been finished months ago.
The fact that you have yet to give your customers this information shows that you yourselves don't know where you are going with it.
Your customer support is a joke. Like a giant tag team of automated responses. Designed to grind customers will and desire to ever attempt to con tact you again. Also, what the heck is up with auto banning player for "sending too many items in the mail" that's got to be a joke. A sick joke by a company that doesnt know how to run an actual company. I am beyond disappointed in what you have done to ESO. It verges on disgust.
Higher some customer support. Higher a PR firm and LISTEN TO THEM. because right now, whoever is leading this charade is going to drive it into the ground.
this will only get locked. but you need to explore other games. ESO has taken a serious direction change and it is not longer a premium MMO after one Tam the game is going more along the lines of a place between Gw2 and SWTOR. Its really not ESO or matts fault its the man behind the curtain with the bag of money that let go all the people that actually Make MMO's and MMO game systems.

I think housing is a pretty big undertaking. I don't like most of the pve things affected this coming DLC. [Frost staff tanking, not enough love for magnb, losing my ability to stack siphon and ele, Stam toons official death in trials..]
But still. C'mon. I'm hoping their working hard so my Playstation doesn't turn into a potato in this next patch. I can worry about the rest of the year after I get my test dummy.
I just don't understand how these people keep their jobs. The game is a total mess. Voice chat doesn't even work 70% of the time. Skills are broken. The lag is out of this world. And the customer service doesn't exist. Not to mention the gamble boxes. Ugh...

What I just don't understand is why people who hold these views are still around here. If I had even half of those issues with a game I'd be playing something else and I'd also move on from the game's forum. Fortunately I don't recognise any of the issues so I'm happily playing the game and still visiting the forum.
I also don't understand why anyone should imagine for a moment that carping on about such things and insulting the developers while doing so is in any way going to help get the issues resolved.

My problem is: what takes so long? Nobody can tell me ZOS hasn't decided yet what will be added to the game in 2017.

As a Guild Wars veteran this game is absolutely not going in that direction at all. Guild Wars have always prioritized their community over money. They also release actual content, expanding of maps all the time and keeping a steady communication between them and their players. Never compare a god and a mortal lol.

We are NOT a society. We are consumers of a product presented by a business. If you don't like the product or the company support - GTFO
You throw around the word "WE" like you speak for everyone, but you don't speak for anyone but yourself. Make your DEMANDS and let me know how that works out for you. You don't speak for me.

Welcome to a healthy consumer-corporate relationship.
It's not our jobs to praise them because others are worse, or because their job is difficult. That's not our concern. They are not our friends.
It's our position to encourage them (with feedback and money) when they do something we like, and to voice our dissatisfaction and close our wallets when they rip us off. I will never understand people's "loyalty" to companies. It's nonsense.
Can we disagree with the way companies run (or don't run) things we enjoy? Yes, and we should. But to praise because things could be worse, and to belittle those who actively give feedback (yes even negative) isn't productive at all. Comments like your's are ridiculous.
