  The farthest in that I've gotten without realizing the error is the stage 1 boss.
  
  I also run with an addon that shows the elapsed trial time (I use Raidificator), and I like to glance up at the time at the end of each stage and at various points through the run to see where I am at relative to my previous runs. Since the timer appears only on vet, I've gotten into the habit of checking to make sure that the timer is there and running when I start the trial, so that I'm sure that I'm in the right mode.
