Housing: Lighting broken

I was happily experimenting yesterday, and I found a kind of solution for my other problem (I'll make a new thread for that one in a bit). However, while experimenting, suddenly everything turned dark on me (happened on the 25th around 01:30 CE(S)T, whichever we're just having in Germany):
Please note how the sconces etc. in the lower picture are still active!
There's a Breton oil lamp on the balcony (red circle). These used to be really bright yesterday! (see above)
Turns out, the light radius for the lamps is far too small:
Please fix that!

Incognitius✭✭✭✭✭Do your lights only start giving light when you're in the vicinity of a around a meter?
Cause I've encountered that problem:
