Trust me, POTATOES are in every faction. Before I created the PUGz, I leaded those POTATO, aka Pugs for about 6 months regulary. Back then, it was not too bad, I was pretty patient, determined and that's all I knew! Then, I accepeted to join a guild as co-GM but it never worked out since GM left without notice. Thus was born my idea to make my own guild.

Now that I tasted the organistation and skills of a guild group tho, my patience is not what it used to be with pugs.
I will still guide em in zone, coordinate with em if we need to, but leading them is just painfull for me nowadays.
Also, it really annoys me when everyone complain in zone that there is no group recruiting.
They should start their own group and see that its not that easy.

Mostly because he named a toon " Dammit Pierre" and is also so self deprecating. Though I consider Pierre's heals only second to Darvs, and he IS the rez master.

Yup. that`s probly why I always get more deaths than others. Wings + 33k spell resist makes you think you are invincible and I always end up in the heart of the zerg when I'm in group.

I am still a huge POTATO at times for example forgetting to enchant all my gear or having no stone trebs for siegeing

Agreed. So frustrating when people in zone are LFG, you invite them, and then they don't listen to a word you say. It's like they only want to group to know where people are and couldn't careless about actually working as a team or accomplishing anything that doesn't involve charging face first into a front door somewhere. I used to have that same patience Rak, but it has been widdled away. Perhaps if I were the emperor I might be inclined to lead a pug zerg. At least then maybe they will respect the crowns authority. I should be emperor.

Though Rak, I'm personally thankful you do and have lead pugs. I learned a ton about leading groups from being one of those pugs, just before you took that last long break. Mad combat typing skills.

I logged on and Roe was the last keep for DC to take. I only played for about 45 minutes, but it was 2 bar DC, 1 AD, 1 EP and I think the whole world was at Roe. It was pretty fun! I crashed and had to take off for a dinner about residency programs (TERRIFYING), but it was amazing while I was there. Within around 15 minutes I had nearly 30 KB. People just kept standing in siege and I was poaching the executes

Life felt good.

Doing the backstroke through seas of Yellow and Red. Way to show up EP! Seemed like we were fighting them the majority of the evening. Highlights : Me + Wolf = Double barreled sorc shot gun. Landed 4 killing blows on Shakrator, 3 of them in a row. We ran two smaller guild groups, which IMO are much more fun than huge ones.

The absolute best thing to do in any campaign as an EP is to sit at Roe farm while DC attacks an AD owned Roe. They then both proceed to attack you and inevitably then beat up on each other. @Defialed I have completely forgotten what we started calling this...

Don't know about the other campaigns, but Roe farm is a constant battleground if Nikel is DC and Roe is AD. The Pugs on both factions will tirelessly Zerg the shortest distance between the two, and the farm frequently becomes collateral damage, it's like bridge wars but way way less fun.

DC need to lose all the inner keeps for another DC emp ...

Haha I had completely forgotten myself what we call it but it's still one of my most favorite ways to make AP. Just sit right in the middle of both factions, wait for one faction to push the flag, assist the other faction in helping you wipe the first. The repeat with the other faction when they come back. Easy AP.

Oh yeah, well I may have a better one, this taken last night as I came in to unload a character for deletion.. right as we lost Alessia. All the pugs were at sej as you can clearly see, which was lost within about 2 min after anyhow.

He really believed it was ok to do whatever bc the map resets... even argued with me for a minute. I just thought, man I hope this dude isnt running a group.

I didn't leave immediately, watching zone chat was a total train wreck. In the 15 min I was there, I think I made my forehead red from all of the irl facepalming I was doing. One guy even suggested contacting EP to get help with a scroll... unreal. Look at that map people! *facepalm* Im still reeling lol!

We have the same problem, the new people don't want to or care to understand why this is bad. You explain it til you turn blue and they still insist. They even tell you to go roll another faction bc obviously you should. Or my favorite excuse: You cant tell me how to play, this is fun.

Last night was a disaster for AD. We had a few of us take Nikel so ad could flag ash while ep flagged chal. Instead myself and 1 other were the only seigers for 10 minutes ending in a complete wipe of course. You can lead a horse to water but you just can't make it drink unfortunately.

last night at Nik was kind of amusing .... AD had some very good counter siege .... got rooted in the doorway and oil dropped on me... my group wiped... then we rezed at roe and went back for round 2... which we then wiped the ad there.... we had 2 sorcs ( that i know of ) in the group, myself and one other, the other sorc cast his negate on the flag across from the breach ... as we ran in we cleared the ad there then ran up the stairs ... i noticed all of the ad on top ended up balling up in a corner.... horrible idea when a sorc is coming after you lol... it just screamed HEY THROW A NEGATE HERE!!! sooooooooo .... I cast my negate right on that spot lol... then we wiped the ad within the negate
