I like the pond idea but I don't exactly see how you'd go about creating a split level even given something like home designer status
I think one cool thing would be if you could edit the type of floors i.e. Stone or wood and what shape stone and what color wood and have something like the editor in the sims for that
Another thing wold be editing where the grass and walkways are to give mor creative liberty in the yard:
For example if there's a large area of land that could be optimized by changing the walkway location... why not!!! Make an even more impressive house and impressive first impression to ur visitors

Seconding the pre-made stairs. You can get some nice stairs out of stacking blocks, but it uses up a lot of furniture slots if you stack them close enough that you don't have to jump. Meanwhile, building ramps out of planks or platforms just looks hokey.

Also, premade wall sections, so we can add interior partitions if we want to.

I would just like some tiles I can make out of 1k Ta runes.

It's a massive pain, but you can use the "Crate Lids" placed together as floor/wall tiles to make a very nice, fine, wooden floor/wall.

But it does push your item count up.

All sorts of animal skin wall hangings and rugs. (I know some bear and wolf skin rugs are coming, but not sure about the wall hangings.)

Something invisible to place that would stop rain from falling onto the floors of my "treehouses" and other houselike places outside, when they have something that looks like a roof on them (planks, carpets, etc.).

Simple stairs to the height of a stone block would be amazing, wooden or stone.

Stairs would be great! And would definitely make it SO MUCH easier to create split levels, at the moment it can feel a bit like an obstacle course jumping up stone blocks to get to a second level

I would like musical instruments, and also an art easel perhaps, seeing as we get the paintbrushes and the palette, but they look kind of lonely without an easel or half finished painting.

I would also like more cushions of different styles, or perhaps just coloured or patterned ones of no particular style, as most of those are Redguard at the moment, and some blankets and maybe some more clothing items... We currently have a cape on a hook but to have more items like this, perhaps even folded laundry or something, might make the house feel a bit more 'lived in'

Also, open books would be pretty cool to have, and just more little clutter type items. I was trying to fill shelves in the large Altmer house yesterday, and there just aren't enough of these little random items imo, I ended up having to repeat a few of them just to fill out the spaces

Speaking of the Altmer house, we also need a new Altmer chandelier that doesn't look like something that Molag Bal just spat out of a dark anchor... I don't know why on earth the Altmer chadelier looks like this, but its horrible, and for some bizzarre reason, really loud!

I would also really love a variety of "floor" tiles. I have been experimenting using varies tables/counters/benches etc to create a raised floor (not a second level), but floor tiles would be really nice.

I also really want water features. Ponds that you could fish in too! Fountains with flowing water (this might be a problem with lighting/reflection and that is why there aren't any to place ourselves?)

Definitely want dirt/soil and it doesn't have to be in a planter it could be "Dirt Patch, Small Round" and that could be put into a pot of your choosing or bigger plots so we can have a vegetable type garden.

I really want to be able to place bugs (especially torchbugs and butterflies) but I am sure all the critters would be popular to place (from centipedes to sand roaches to rabbits and squirrels)

The chicken/dog house we see in-game. It is a rough looking wooden box shape with a door and some straw.

Armor/Weapon displays of course.

I love the suggestion of clothing (folded, heaped, etc) and would like to make sure that includes a variety of shoes/boots to place near our front doors!

Bath and accessories: been playing with ideas for a bath "tub" but no way to put water in it currently, so at most it will be an empty bathtub.

More plants: as above all the glowy mushrooms and flowers, I really like the light-bulb orange ones in Deshaan.

Stairs/Stair pieces would be good. I have found making stairs is not as easy and have been using mostly ramps due to my character needing to jump or getting stuck on my home-made "stairs".

Dwemer "stuff": there is so much awesome dwemer clutter.
