Blobs is legit. Also the best imo. Very level headed and lots of good info and entertaining. Came close to subscribing for the first time. Just couldnt pull the trigger. You can test it. Without naming, there is a late teen streamer, lol, that posts his builds. Try it. Watch your resources plummet. Watch how many times u passively dodge. U think they are the only ones that know how to animation cancel, dodge roll, etc?
I really wish Zos would remove passive dodging. The watch. One thing will happen. They will die way more often. Or they will "quit" and move to a new game. Lol.
Watch them. Watch thier resources. Watch how many times the are dodging. Watch how much damage they take when focused with non dodgable attacks.

ESO is a very fast game with an ability GCD of less than one second and layered combat prioritization. This means that highly dexterous players are able to do things that most people cannot.
Furthermore, ESO is extremely complicated and poorly documented. I know some amazing theory crafters, and even they have knowledge gaps I can recognize -- this goes for 99.99% of us.
Finally, the game is extremely laggy at times. This can create all kinds of anomalies. What you experience in your client is not the same as what others experience.
Unfortunately, this creates very muddy waters. Even without cheating, WTF moments are common.
It's too easy to fall into the trap of branding every WTF moment as cheating. It's extremely unfair.
This does not happen so much anymore, but back when I played every day during 2.1 and 2.2, I was regularly accused of cheating. I was once told that I had been zone-reported. I know for a fact that I do not cheat.
If you want to be a cheat-buster, put in in the work. Run combat logs that report milliseconds. Record video. Learn ESO's combat system well-enough to extrapolate character stats from footage -- this is possible. If cheating is so obvious to the casual observer, then it must be also easy to prove objectively.
My POV is that ESO simply has no integrity. I think it's a mistake to take results seriously or to play at a highly competitive level. Highly competitive players looking for fair gameplay should play something run by a better company than ZOS -- who has shown us that they just don't care.5 -

If cheating is so obvious to the casual observer, then it must be also easy to prove objectively.
My POV is that ESO simply has no integrity. I think it's a mistake to take results seriously or to play at a highly competitive level. Highly competitive players looking for fair gameplay should play something run by a better company than ZOS -- who has shown us that they just don't care.
Or just take a screenshot showing someone running two mundus stones.

It would certainly help even the field, so to speak. Then they should change the twice born star to something like black rose does for constitution passive. Make the 5th bonus of twice born star boost Mundus boons by 30% or so. Would rid the game of this exploit reappearing every 6 months.

I was speaking to the more general accusations and the people who make them.
I am reminded of a PM video in which one of its members describes with authority that their opponents are obviously hacking the carrier wave with scripts. He really used the term 'carrier wave', and many of those listening seemed to buy it. Misinformation like this can be contagious. It is arguably as big of a problem as cheating. Both are unjust.
Don't get me wrong. It think other games with better transparency have demonstrated that when cheating is possible and low risk in online games, it is always widespread. I assume this to be generally true in ESO, both with glitching (double mundus, hist bark, overload bar bugs) and more severe forms of cheating like memory hacking. But just because this is true doesn't mean I should label someone a cheater merely because something I do not understand happened.

Meanwhile in game he just dodges bunches and bunches of attack and then does max damage barrages on people while never running out resources. Obviously I won't use names, but these type of players are not legit, but they get cheered on with their videos here and treated like champions in game. They are cheaters... they have been cheaters a long time now... they just keep getting away with it. Not only do they get away with it, they are literally treated like royalty by their factions. So much so... that even in the face of conclusive evidence, people will defend them.
The response is always some drivel about "envy" and having to l2p.

Whats funny is after that Sunday where all hell broke lose some of them were mia for a bit or down right killable all of a sudden. 2 of the more well known streamers were all of a sudden hitable and killable. Now they are like the matrix again. Unlimited resources and dodge chance of 80%.

To be honest I really don't know who even streams on NA to a degree to say I know who streams. It's not something I do, sit and watch streams (and I rarely have the patience to watch an entire youtube clip).
Obviously my statements can't apply to every youtuber or twitcher and I don't mean them to.
But of people that post youtube videos on these very forums from NA, there are very few that aren't up to some shenanigans past Sypher. It goes for many commenters as well.... I just say so because I fight them, I see nothing but ridiculous dodge spam and attacks that are stacked on top each other with no animations (many of which are dodgeable attack that someone land in the middle of my dodge roll animation).3 -

And ofc everytime I asked them, they said they used twice born start. However, LUI extended can also show if target has any full sets equipped, and most ppl didnt. So...time to get this bug fixed perhaps?
I run LUI Extended and i don't see anywhere it telling me what set armor (or how many pieces)someone is wearing UNLESS a 5 pc gives them a specific buff, like rattle cage then of course i see the 5 pc proc on them, But i run Twice born as well and have 2 mundus running. if they are running dual wield and your LUI is showing you less than a full armor set (which is likely what you're seeing then) its because it doesn't show what weapons they are running.NA EP CP1200+

You can't hide your mundus stones (although next patch Zeni are changing that). I know Hodor are refusing to use TBS at all because of the likelyhood that idiots will claim they're cheating. They've all swapped their 5 TBS for BSW/MS etc. and all it takes is for whoever is vidding to just take a look at each person with a buff tracker on and you'll see 1 mundus.
As for the # of people with the skin? I believe that is the result of the other bug where you can exploit Rakkhat specifcally. Something to do with HA's (what I've heard, the video got took down by Zos very quickly). Double mundus doesn't make people be able to do vMoL easily lol.
in PvE it is actually pretty easy to spot wheter one exploits or does use TBS. Just check HP. TBS has a HP bonus, most other sets do not. 2x Mundus and lower HP then you should have? > exploit > goodbye ***
What do you consider low? i run TBS and i have like 13 or 14k health unbuffed. TBS does not mean high health, its to compensate for us dps for putting all our points in mag or stam so we can run a buff setting us about 17-19k in pve.
So thats really not a good measure.
