He doesn't need to, he has so much burst in his combos that he can avoid the clunky mechanics of landing jabs all together. By the style of his sword, it looks like he might be running Automaton, and the buff on his arms looks like Slimecraw's minor berserk buff. Other set looks crafted, but for the most part he's stacking straight damage and using the burst from bow heavy attacks, crit rush and 2h heavies to do most of the work for him, so since he's not running a 5/5/2 setup with sets, he may be running a 4 piece Morkuldin. Could be wrong though.
EDIT: Night's Silence on the back bar, he's probably stacking both stealth movement speed buffs for better mobility in mist form.
