Gold edition scam

I bought gold edition on 01/04/2017 and sent a ticket the same day cause i didnt receive it.
Today is 01/17/2017 and i didnt even get a *** answer after 4-5 ticket update, this drove me a bit mad.

Now i only have 1 thing to say.

Roses are red violets are blue
Gold edition, where are you??

    FYI - There is no such thing as 'night capping' in a world wide MMO.
    FYI - There was no paid Beta. When they launched the game the Beta was over, even if you don't think it was.
    FYI - It's B2P not F2P. There is a difference.
    FYI - It doesn't take any player skill to mash keys or buttons in this game. The ones that stay alive longer have the better internet connection and speed.
    FYI - The game is not broken, it still works. It just has 'bugs' that need to be fixed.
    Balance is a "Bad" thing.

    Example: There were hundreds of Jedi and only two Sith in Star Wars. The Jedi wanted, "Balance in the Force" and they got it. Now there are only two Jedi and two Sith.

    You bought it from ZOS or from some other source? On the consoles you should have gotten an insert with the code for the DLC. For what it's worth, G2A was gutting copies back at launch, so if you bought from them, it's entirely possible they gutted your code and are selling it separately.

    i got it from IG and the code was perfectly redeemed.
    btw, the customer service seems to be the wrong area as they dont answer u...

    You should be going to IG with the issue then, they are the ones who sold it to you. If the code they sold isn't accepted then they need to replace it with another code.

    You might have put code in, but if it doesn't work then it means your code was invalid no matter how perfectly you typed the letters and numbers in.

    When i entered the code it says, GZ u have now the gold edition (or something like that) if i check at my account i see this:
    THE ELDER SCROLLS® ONLINE GOLD EDITION, PC/MAC DIGITAL EDITION
    Member Since January 4, 2017

    But i dont have it ingame.

    Dumb question, but do you have a button on your account page that says "DOWNLOAD GAME"? And have you tried that button?

    Or did you buy the steam version?

    It is best to tag the people that can help, otherwise it is just a discussion with other players and nothing progresses.

    When you say you don't have it in game what do you mean exactly?

    The gold edition isn't an upgrade - if you already had ESO you can't add the gold edition to your existing account, only use it to create a brand new and completely separate account. So if you already had ESO and expected to get the DLC by buying the gold edition that's your problem - you'll need to try and get that copy refunded and buy the DLC via the crown store. Or have two accounts.

    If the gold edition is the first copy of ESO you ever bought have you downloaded the game and are you able to log in? If not Support (or people on this forum) can probably help you if you can tell us what happens when you try. If you are able to log in are you unable to find the DLC? Does it say it's not unlocked on your account?

    You are wrong. A friend had a normal eso account, she bought and reedemed gold edition and she got all the content at that moment.
    I did the same like 1 week after that and i didn't got anything in game. In addition another friend bought it after i did as his first account and has the same problem right now. Neither DLCs or horse.

    Same issue for me, and it's been over a week since I bought the game. Even Steam support would have resolved the issue by now...

    @JaviMc it sucks that this is an on-going problem - you are missing out on some of the coolest parts of the game. Do keep posting here (i've been checking back into this post to see how it is going for you), but perhaps try messaging @ZOS_DaryaK directly. If you look at the comments he (assuming 'he') has made you will see he is really good at getting things sorted, but it is unreasonable to expect her (for balance I will now assume he's a 'her') to keep an eye on every thread on the forums. You can personal message her by clicking on their name and then selecting the option on the top right of the screen. Good luck.
    P.s. gender pronouns are a political correctness minefield :)

    We have fixed the issue with the entitlements with your Gold Edition. You should be able to access the DLC and mount now. :)

    Try this. Not sure if it will work, but you can reverse it if needed.

    Go into My Documents and find the Live Folder (I am at work so I can see the exact file name/structure), but this will be the folder that has your ESO Prefs and such for the game. This is not the folder in the Program Files area. Anyway, Rename this folder to something like Live_Old. This will preserve what is there, but force the game to create a new folder when you launch. Now, before you try to launch the game, reboot your PC, then try to launch. If this works you will have to redetect your video settings and such.

    If it does not work or blows up on you, then you can at least rename the first folder back. although it does not matter if you go forward with the new one as long as you don't have any addons installed yet.

    Enjoy the game, life is what you really want to be worried about.

    I play from steam, pc, european server, with xbox controller, and to check if i had the content i always go to collectibles and mounts and i never saw palomino horse.

    BTW (offtopic) palominos(palomino in singular), in spanish, are little pieces of [snip], literally.
    So funny x)

    I needed to download the game from zenimax, in steam gold edition doesn't work.
    I downloaded from zenimax website and it worked. I FINALLY have the gold edition.
