    I have the exact same problem, and no answer from support as well

    6 Jan (me) submitted my ticket

    7 jan (support) we are working on it

    9 Jan (me) Asked how estimate of time i had to wait for solution

    10 Jan (me) Asked if my ticket was marked as solved or forgotten

    11 Jan - since i had no reply from support since day 9, i decided to make a second ticket

    There was Eso plus three days, I had access to my dlc. Today, I have lost Eso plus gold edition still not working.
