Maybe in 4 man dungeons spamming steel tornado or something, but when it comes to pushing our characters to their limits, and specially in 12 man raids, you can see where they struggle or not, also taken into account the current stam nerf in pts patch notes so far.PC, EU server, Ebonheart Pact

Overload still doesn't offer a physical morph and "does not ignore reflect as all Ultimates should". Sorry, couldn't remember the exact quote said by a developer.

Fair enough, depends on what weapons you use you still have access to steel tornado, endless hail ect? And you have the Stam morph of fiery breath which is a AoE DoT?

Uhm, no. Currently the lack of overall PvE viability (lack of AoE and utility) is made up for with potentially the highest single target DPS in the game. After this patch, they will not even have the highest single target DPS. Post patch, if they don't make some changes, Stam DK in endgame PvE will be dead.PC NA

For pve and pve only, ALL stam dps need a boost now. Stam Dk is still one of the strongest stamina dps, it's just stamina dps the problem, not stamDK.
But still, the hardest part would be to increase stam pve dps without giving them others broken pvp tool.0 -

Stamplar has been unusable in trials for (8?) months.
Stamblades have to have excellent awareness, skill, and build to survive in most situations.
Stam sorc and stamDK have been the strongest stam classes for a long time, in both PvP and PvE. Crying about how "no one will use stamDK anymore" kind of becomes irrelevant if you make the comparison to stamplar, a class that is NOT allowed in trials.
