[BUG] Infallible Aether & Strategy Do Not Work The Same (On multiple targets) (video included)

I was swapping from infallible aether to strategy because it's overall a nicer looking set to run as a healer, and it looks so much nicer style wise than infallible aether. And I noticed that Strategy was not working in the same way.
For infallible aether you can proc it on up to 3+ targets at the same time, which is pretty awesome and adds for some fun game play I think and a little challenge for yourself as a healer to keep it up 100% of the time on multiple targets
However with Strategy when I was using it I noticed my debuff kept getting removed, I had thought it was nerfed but it turns out the set has actually been bugged and not working the same way as infallible aether is. It can only be applied to 1 target at a time, and your previous buff will get removed from the previous target.
So Zenimax, is this a bug, or is infallible aether not meant to work on multiple targets. In my opinion I think it should work on as many targets it is applied to - it is a minor debuff not a major and it's pretty difficult to apply this to multiple targets and keep the uptime fairly high. If this is a bug with infallible aether not meant to be working how it is I think it should be kept how it is and make strategy work the same way. There is no reason why they shouldn't.
Not only ontop of this but it completely ruins a few builds and makes no reason for Strategy to even exist.

If so, I want this reverted. Not at all a good change and totally uncalled for.

No it's just broken on strategy, and that set is better for healers if you are using it on 1 bar so you get the spell crit on your healing bar instead of minor slayer which is useless. And Celestial looks way nicer.This is not even a minor change imo.

Ahh I see. Well it's a bit worse then because Strategy was better for Healers.

At first view I thought the same, but check last bonus on IA. This also gives spell crit.
So IA and Strategy both are useful for healers, but IA also gives Minor Slayer and additional damage from heavy attacks. Strategy, on the contrary, have no additional bonuses, comparing to IA.

By your description of it, the set that lets you "place bombs" is actually a different set altogether. You're probably thinking about Destructive Mage.
As for Infallible Aether and Strategy the answer is simple - Yes, it did used to apply to multiple targets.

Aumintor✭Why does even the Strategy set exist in the first place? It doesn't provide any bonuses over what Infallible Mage already provides. Infallible is just better overall from what I can see.
And on top of that Strategy can't debuff more than one target? It makes no sense. They should just scrap the Strategy set altogether as it is now.

I always runs my sharpened IA lightning staff and precise IA resto as healer.
