[Solved] Problems downloading PTS - same as always

I'm having problems downloading PTS as I have previous times (multiple times). The download process stops at 83% with "Reliable source serving corrupt data" problem.
Previous times (months ago, when major updates were brought to PTS) when I wanted to download PTS I had the same problem and it took about a week until I could download the PTS.
Pausing and resuming or trying to repair does not help.

[SOLVED] I had to use CyberGhost program to set myself as if I was downloading from USA.

Considering many of us have downloaded/updates our PTS clients I am expecting the issue is more local rather than on Zos's end.

I suggest opening a ticket for tech support.

I'm having the same issue and so do several others on the german forum. I already posted here and just saw there are a few more affected now:

I had the same problem, and a few friends too, all of us from different countries @ZOS_GinaBruno

I looked at the post that @Ravinya just posted there as soon as I got the issue, around three days ago. The fix of hotspotshield seems to work well, and we could fix it.

Yeah, I'm getting pretty tired of having to repair and reinstall the PTS 2-3 times every patch too. It's rather frustrating, tbh.

Can you actually play now? Because I got it to complete the download with Hotspotshield as well but as soon as I start the game it gives me a crash report - Error 12.
Tried to repair and it quit at 98% giving me some webrequest fail error. I also got another error, it might actually relate to the one mentioned in the "Crash on starting PTS client" thread but I'm not sure. It definitely crashes as soon as I hit the play button.

Anyway, getting tired of trying to install, repair and repeat

Same problem here. I've downloaded everything (or everything I get) thrice now and it's always ending with "Reliable source serving corrupt data". Downloading from Germany, if this helps finding the core of the problem. Btw, at the beginnig of 2016, when I downloaded the PTS for the very first time, everything went fine.

I also created a ticket regarding this issue (ticket number 170105-001572).

I have the same issue, also downloading from Germany. It stopped at 25% for me, though.

All you have to do is close the launcher, use a VPN, then restart launcher, it will verify the DATA and contiue downloading.
