is there access to a level capped Pre rolled Character when using the PTS?

This may be a dumb question but is there access to a level capped Pre rolled Character when using the PTS?
I last used the PTS so long ago I have forgotten how to access the preroled character... all I see on the PTS are my main and 8 alts. I deleted one of the the alts thinking that would let me access a prerolled but all I see are the standard create options....
Or perhaps they no longer offer you the chance to use a Preroll?

In the upper left hand corner of the screen when you're creating a new character, there's a dropdown menu with various template options for you to choose from.

looks like using one of these gets me something I can use for a while but there is a bug in the mac client on the PTS that prevents the game from running when using toons auto transferred from the released game.
but the bug (came hangs with a frozen computer with the last music loop on endless repeat

withe the transferred toons the hang is either at log in or at first interaction such as accessing the bank

with the template toons it happened after expending about 2/3 of the points on skills and passives etc.

it is the same sort of hang frozen computer that has to be power cycled to work and the thing with the music louping (I let it go overnight that way just to see if it would proceed to a proper crash that would produce useful logs but no it just souped the music endlessly for 8
+ hours.
