Base critical hit damage (chd) modifier is 0.5
Total Base chd is 1.5
Major force used to be x30%
0.5*30%= 0.15
1.5+0.15=1.65
New major force adds 0.15
1.5+0.15= 1.65

But in reality this is some major ***
Nb's and templar have base chd of 1.6. 1.0+(0.6*30%) =/= 1.5+0.15
Minor force is .12 (possibly .10 in new patch iirc)
People run cp in elfborn/precise strikes
Shadow mundus is 18%? ish

chd for templar/nb running minor force, shadow, 10% cp in elfborn/precise strikes
1.5+0.1+0.12+0.18+.10= 2.0
1.0+(1.0*30%)=2.3 > 2.0+0.15 = 2.15
2.3 > 2.15
So for an average trialist the Major force buff is around 50% less effective

Holly crap that is the answer I was most affaraid of. If that's true critical dmg on trials falls down and TBS becomes much less usefull.

Yea it sucks, the more extra chd modifiers you use ie minor force, cp in precise/elfborn, nb/templar passive, sets like archers mind, the more you lose from the changes
