You don't have to actually play the dungeon to be able to open the vaults.
You can simply enter a veteran instance of WGT, and open the vault. You don't even have to be in a group.
That being said, I think that even on normal, you will still get Epic quality items from the vault.

What do you think is most value you can get from those keys? The way I see it for unbound its Willpower vault, and for sets it is SPC set for healer, am I right?

Others have to have keys as well to get inside. You can still trade though if they are outside the door. Not that you'd want to trade with people that aren't getting anything to give up.
Tbh don't bother. The chests drop spc training swords...massive massive supermassive waste of time.
I dropped 4500 in icp and got one scathing ring.
