[BUG] Crash when loading copied characters

On PTS, the game crashes for me after the “Requesting Character Load” dialog (after I select a toon copied from Live). The loading screen shows up, but the logo in the corner is gray and does not rotate, but the music continues to play. The game eventually crashes after a period of the “spinning beach ball” (I am using a Mac client). There is no crash report.
The character loads fine if it’s created from a template (the 561CP one).
Things I tried (before trying template toon):
- make sure there is nothing in PTS folder (user settings, addons, etc.)
- all three video modes
- repairing PTS
- tried 3 different copied characters that had been logged off in different locations

✭✭Mac user here too, and I had the same problem. MonkeyD00✭✭same with me (mac user too). tried logging in 3 of my separate characters. none worked...created a template character, loaded no problem

Rainchii✭✭I've just noticed also, if on a template character for Mac Users, hovering or clicking on 'Grand Healing' in the Restoration Staff abilities actually crashes your game too.
Also noticed while in Shadowfen that pressing 'C' for the Character Screen and 'I' for the Inventory both make the game crash as well on a template character for Mac Users.
