I'd guess the manors will run around 24k, large houses 12k, medium 6k, small 3k, and apartments 1.5k for unfurnished, and furnished prices to be 1.5-2k higher. Judging by how much they price everything else on the store, I doubt it will be remotely cheap to get anything good, much less all of them.

Thats rediculous....

Say that to a 4500 crown elk mount... I imagine the work put into houses is a lot more than the work put into slapping that thing together. At least the dro-m'athra senche had flair to it. I'd love it if I was proven wrong and the prices are half of what I said, but I'm not keeping my hopes up. Plus, things that are available for in-game gold tend to be overpriced on the crown store as well (5000 crown motif books anyone?)

Prices are in the patch notes aren't they? Yes, I know these are for the PTS, but I wouldn't expect the prices to change much, if at all.

They charged 5k for the merchant that doesn't repair so I think they'll definitely charge 20k+ for the Manor houses imo since 3.7million is a very large amount ingame, and whilst 20k+ sounds crazy for many people playing this game, there'll be other people who'll find the money for 20k+ crowns far easier to come by than 3.7million ingame gold, or at least ZoS will bank on it, I'm sure.

Only because threads like this pop up actively encouraging them to fleece people. I think this is one of the worst threads I've ever seen on these forums and this being the ESO forums, which have always been frequented by whales and the likes, that takes some doing.
Yes ZoS, please charge people 30k crowns for something that most of us will spend 2 days doing up until the novelty wears off and we're all back to standing spamming AoE's in Mournhold etc.

I would be disappointed if they were any cheaper than this when you look at other crown store items and the fact that houses can potentially serve a purpose - hold a DPS test dummy for build testing, have set crafting stations in them, etc. Especially considering you can spend 4.5k for a mount, up to 1k for a useless pet, 2.5k for a simple character name change, 1k for a hair style - all of which server no real use.I'd guess the manors will run around 24k, large houses 12k, medium 6k, small 3k, and apartments 1.5k for unfurnished, and furnished prices to be 1.5-2k higher. I could buy 3 and a half AAA games for that ***, and for £50 more, I could buy a normal PS4 or X1. Outrageous people would be ok with this. And some people wonder why we got lumbered with crown crates.
This is ignoring the fact 5500crs on Xbox cost over £30, so they'd be truly fleeced.
Regardless of the price they charge, this is really a direct money to gold transaction. It sucks to be someone who took time to fundraise millions of gold for a manor only for some rich person to get it in an instant.
I wish the manors would be only available with gold and they'd milk us with the Island Resort crown exclusive homes.

The DLCs are priced much more reasonably than every cosmetic item in the store. It's possible that they'll use a similar pricing scheme for houses, but I think it is much more likely that they will try to milk people for it given it is also available with in-game gold.Prices are in the patch notes aren't they? Those are in-game gold prices. Crown prices have not been announced, and likely will not be announced and we'll just be surprised (pleasantly or otherwise) once it finally hits live.
