Fixed an issue where some item set procs that were meant to fire off of fully-charged Heavy Attacks (such as Sunderflame or Wise Mage) were firing on every tick of a Lightning or Restoration Staff Heavy Attack.
This is killing a lot of things that are out there at the moment. If this means that Infallible Aether, Sergeants Mail, Undaunted Infiltrator etc. don't buff every heavy attack tick anymore, the last months in the game have gone to waste for me, with farmign the gear, farming vMA and hours of theorycrafting, DPS-tests etc. Don't take out build diversity with nerfs that noone needs.

Wise mage is the weaker version if infallible mage. So the one that only inflicts minor vulnerability, not the Aether set of destruction with the bomb. That one doesn't have a flat damage bonus though. I really hope it didn't affect our builds.

I feel that in raids, elegance can be viable as the concussion uptime there is pretty good. I observed the power lash procs in the last days when running vAA and a few weekly runs and it was up more than 50% of the time. Sad that combat metrics doesn't show the uptime on concussion.
Still very disappointed by it. I hardly see a set being on par with Aether when it comes to heavy attack builds.
Rip proc sets and anything that adds heavy attack damage. Oh well. Just got flawless conquerer yesterday too on my mDK heavy attack build.

Or just bake in the current heavy attack speed into the update. Your making it even less likely that a DK will wind up a Igneous buffed heavy Destro attack ZOS. Common!
