I still question the AP system in this game. I played for a couple hours after the campaign reset last night and logged out #3 for AD. My kill counter showed 153 kills, 5 deaths, and 29 KB's. To me that's a decent 2 hours (give or take). The #2 person on the leaderboard had 2x the AP as me and the #1 had 2.5 times the AP. What am I missing?

There's a lot of factors. D ticks, O ticks, wall reps in between fights, and the ap bonus buff as well. Oh and don't forget quests

yeah... only other thing as Defialed mentioned was the quests ... if they h ad them all done and waited till the reset that gives a decent lead... i know when i went for emp i already had about 2-3k ap within the first 20 seconds of the reset

Didn't even bother logging on yesterday after reading the patch notes. Yeah, i know its just the pts atm but so.. idk deflated, just didn't want to. I have had a magNB and a magDK that I made like 3 months ago waiting, in anticipation for this patch that I may as well delete. Yesterday I was pissed, today I'm just disappointed. Its like, coming down the stairs as a kid on Christmas morning to find that Santa didn't bring you ***.

While I'd like to think that our feedback will help them change things before it comes out, I know better. They had 1000 suggestions and discussions to look over and took none of them in this past year. Balance patch my ass.

And while I'm throwin a fit, I also didn't see the house I've wanted in the list of houses so ya know what that means? Its a crown store house. *stomps feet and wails arms* SCREW YOU ZO$!

IMO, the biggest issue isn't specifically the changes they made, but how they make them. ZOS should really be making a few minor adjustments weekly or biweekly, rather than making sweeping changes once or twice a year. Like, if this were a biweekly balance change, and I knew they were going to be making more adjustments in a week or two, I'd be completely fine with these changes. But with ZOS, we pretty much know that this is our new class balance for at least the next couple quarters, outside of them inevitably releasing an OP set or two along the way.

What I don't get is why they decided to severely nerf basically every Magicka class, but leave Stamina virtually untouched, even with most players saying that Stam is definitely the stronger of the two.

I guess they don't think we know what we're talking about? Maybe we need to use reverse psychology on them. If we complain about how terrible Stam is, and how great Mag is, they will nerf Stam and Buff Mag.

I must have magical powers, I turned my boss into a child

I came to work this morning and asked him one question, "How did your kids like the VR headset you got them?". That turned into an hour of "Omg, VR is amazing!" and you could just see the child come out in him as he explained his experience. I think he must have been a 1st Generation gamer because he mentioned when he was young he played on a black and white TV and played the game pong for hours.

I wonder what it would be like to play PvP with a VR set on? I think it sounds amazing. It would be neat to see the world in VR, but not sure about PvP. It might seem to real too me and I might panic.

I feel like since the pts updates were revealed, a lot of the player base has felt discouraged from pvping on the live servers. I know my guild for sure has started spreading across other games until hope can be restored but tweaking the changes.
Any updates in bwb this week?

Idk about everyone else but that's kind of the boat I'm in atm. I did actually log on yesterday evening (and got yelled at by my guildies bc i hadn't been on in 2 days lol) but I didn't pvp, just stood around Rawl and did some chatting. Personally I am discouraged. But, like all other discouraging updates (seems like most of them) I'm sure we will all adapt, those who don't wanna adapt anymore will leave... tho idk where to lol!

Isn't that just the *** of it? Even will all the screwed up things they do to this game, the game is still too good to leave. Its like a bad relationship.

As far as bwb, last I knew DC still had emp, haven't logged on yet this morning to see how things are but I can imagine lmao!

Oh gosh, I know I would not like that LOL! Sometimes I get a little too excited just regular gameplay, heart pounding, clammy hands... I couldnt imagine doing that VR Id prob die haha!

I didn't login for the first time in a long while yesterday. Was super disappointed in patch notes. Hoping they fix Coagulating blood. Right now it's apparently ignoring battle spirit so it appears to not be poop on the PTS. I just want it to ignore battlespirit in live and be able to crit.

I was in central florida last week and oh my talos what a difference it was being 40 degrees. Today is the perfect weather down south though. It's 65 with clear skies so super sunny but not hot enough to break a sweat. Makes me miss the northwest...
