ostrapz✭✭✭As a stam main I honestly agree with this change and I think unchained was a small part of the inability to run characters out of resources. That being said there were a few other stam nerf but magicka got buffs in various places and I think magicka will take over this patchXbox 1 NA

ostrapz✭✭✭@yuke I disagree, other than vma cc is a nonexistent threat in pve so it's definitely geared to pvp. Also after a cc with previous unchained you typically cast vigor, shuffle ,Rally which is roughly 6-7k stam and is brought down in cost to about 2k total in cost. In comparison now performing those moves after cc in whichever order will now take you from a total of 6-7k stam spent down to 4-5k stam total which is an extra 2-3k spent now after being cc-ed compared to nowXbox 1 NA

Yuke✭✭✭✭✭In theory maybe. I studied my recorded fights the last couple of week in a very intense way (you can ask all Noricum members). And in a typical fight situation vs. 3-4 Enemies you dont have time to do something else but Dodgeroll after casting Vigor - the burst damage is simply to high atm.
But yeah, things probably work differently on the US servers. I made this observation many times watching PvP videos from US where 90% of the enemies dont deal any dmg and spam light attacks in melee.
I think its just a change without any effect in a typical pvp situation (2 proc blades + x). Nothing really to discuss, it just shows that the person who had that idea never was in PvP.0 -

SnubbS✭✭✭✭✭Stamina has to slot two damage sets to be on par with Magclasses who have to slot a sustain set. Think about that. Stam is getting it's sustain nerfed -- and it's survivability nerfed. This is a hundred times more damaging than VCurse being changed.1

✭✭100% justified. Why should a heavy armour user with under 800 regen be able to cast shuffle, vigor and rally each time they are cc'd for 80% reduced cost on all of it?
Its about time cc'ing stamina builds actually harmed them instead of benefiting them. I play stamina and only stamina. This change is great. This is a buff to regen builds like myself. Stacking all into maximum stats is now going to be harder then ever (sustain wise).
This is actually a huge nerf to RedGuard stam sorc/dks. They crutched so hard on this passive it wasn't even funny.

I'm pretty sure what they mean is that the first skill you use will be 80% cheaper the first time you use it. If you repeatedly use that ability, the following activations will have the "normal" cost.
