Wow man, sounds like a L2P issue on your part. If you cant solo a normal dungeon by now, let alone handle it alongside helping some L25 guys (who prob have 561CP just on a new toon) then you need to get better.
As for chatty groups being the worst, LOL, on mic pugs are the best kind as you can communicate and help.
Grow your patience enlightment man!

No mercy!!! Trust me, no mercy, if you are soft, finally no one will appreciate you , the only thing you get is hurt yourself.
Share a story happened last week. I ran vet random dungeon to get some XP and rewards. I got darkshade cavern 2. The crown tank and one dps(both CP200+)were in dungeon, me healer and the other DPS CP400+ were outside. I felt not good, because, based on my experience, at 90% chance it is a typical [Snip] group.
After I jumped in, I found the crown tank and CP200+ DPS were stuck in final boss engine guardian. Obviously, they know each other cuz they were chatting, loudly and noisy. Then, I can be sure 99% it is a [Snip] group. Here I want to share another rule - noisy group are usually [Snip] group. However, I still decided to have a try because we were at finally boss already, easy XP is always very tempting.
Fact proved it was my another horrible dungeon experience. The CP200- DPS' damage number was very low so we couldn't kill the boss fast, and kill the adds asap. The most annoying thing was the tank always melee attack engine guardian. I and CP400+ DPS asked them kill adds, and dont melee attack, none of them listen and follow. The tank said his dps is low, so he has to do melee attack. Very ridiculous, I don't understand! Finally, I didn't easy XP, I got another sucky boss fight. We took almost 30 mins, and 1 time wipe.

I have this great guy, 600+ CP who's been helping me learn my Healer back when I was just starting to do dungeoning. He takes me along at times to duo certain dungeons. We did vVolenfell the other day as a duo and he ended up dying almost instantly to the HM of the final boss. I ended up 'effectively' soloing that boss and felt great from it. (Ok, to be fair, that's not really an accomplishment. That's just abusing AI.) I can even solo most normal dungeons (is Captain Blackheart in Blackheart's Haven actually soloable?)
I've had people teach me the right skills and explain to me the right mechanics for certain dungeons. Always been super thankful to those people because they chose, instead of raging at my low CP compared to their over 561s, to try and help me become a better player. They took time out for me and never chose to
They were help and super useful. Friended me. Some would take me along to other places to be like "Well, you might not know this, but we think it'd be great if you learnt this." Some dungeons I really don't care about doing again, some I do. I know I've never touched ICP again after learning it once. I'd certainly need to relearn the mechanics of that dungeon for sure.
So I do a lot of pugging. Group Finder, I love you at times. I did a lot of WGT on both normal and vet. I still think I have a lot to learn before going through vet again. However some of the most fun times I've had with Group Finder are playing with sub-30s who have no idea about dungeons such as WGT or RoM. There's nothing more satisfying than watching first time players beat Xal'Nur or Planar Inhibitor and them going "OMG, THAT WAS FUN!" It's really satisfying watching first time players fight against Na'Kesh and getting to the final phase of the fight. They love that. Of course, I sit and explain most of the mechanics of the fight to them and they end up enjoying it. My favourite was definitely teaching three new players, around level 15 each, how to beat WGT. It ended a little badly on Planar but it was fine and we ended up beating Molag Kena.
And you know what? Each time I do that, I remember when I was learning these dungeons for the first time and how much help I received. Seems selfish that I received so much help and I don't give anything back for that sort of help.
daijyashinb16_ESO wrote: »As for 'Number of CP dictates experience in the game', that's technically true. But some people are really slow learners and others are really fast learners. Plus I'm sure there are people at 300 CP + who never have run a dungeon before and got there through grinding or PVPing. I'm not saying a 1 CP person can be automatically better than a 300 CP person because, unless you moved to a new account/server/whatever, that's most likely impossible.

But just for being low level? I never see it. It's just made-up forum drama.

1st one, ICP, lvl12, lvl45, CP450. The 2 lowbies knows nothing about ICP. I couldn't kick them because they know each other. I have to leave, so annoying.
2nd one, darkshade cavern 2, got a CP400 trash called "END PONY". This guy is a stamina NB, but he queued as a healer. After several time wipe at engine guardian, I tried to kick him. Failed cuz he has a trash mate in the group. I suggested him leave, he didn't, but insulted me. What a trash!
It's my bad today, but it's ok, shxt happens sometimes.

You are really rude, make group from zone chat with your own requirements or join a guild, group finder is for those who want to know mechanics or their role.
I hope moderator close this thread.

Some of my guild members get kicked, one got kicked today for being a nightblade healer so we took him through WGT to get his SPC jewelry
Join a guild and most will be happy to play with you
Yep. Competitive, 'end-game' PvE and any form of ranked PvP will be filled with sociopaths who'll need a strict hierarchy to give their life some meaning. And people to 'crush' to give that life some meaning. ESO is getting a really bad reputation on Tumblr and Reddit for this, and really? If the next patch is focused around these toxic sociopaths, the population of the game is likely to drop sharply in a week and not return.
I wonder how much ZOS is going to gamble on thinking that sociopaths can carry their game? Instead of all the casuals and their money. Sociopaths aren't ever whales, after all.
For me, it's just... It's very tiring and wearisome to watch.
If ZOS wants to fix this?
o Remove being able to see CP/level in the game with normal methods and addons.
o Remove being able to see people's gear/loot through any means at all.
o Balance trials to be casual, not competitive.
The more this happens, the less sociopaths ESO will have. Down with CP bigots!
Lol, did it ever occur to you that the bad player, even though he is really bad, ALSO payed for the game? How is your money worth more than his? I've said this time and time again. Don't like pugs? Either:you can easely do ANY vet dungeon with even less cp then 160...i know i did it.
NOW, there are TERRIBLE players out there..REALLY bad ones that never cared to learn the game, and CP has nothign to do with it (i have seen cp 700 players being REALLY really bad..)
KICK the bad players, simple as that, disregard cp..if someone doesnt do enough dps..or F's up way too many times on boss strats, KICK! Im not PAYING to spend my time teaching people hwo to play or to carry deadweight. Its not about elitism its about the USE of my own money. I TOOK THE TIME to read and learn about my classes and builds and what not jsut so i wouldnt drag epople down (and personally i dont see how a game can be fun unless you play it right..)
