I'm glad if the larger homes cost alot, like in the multiple millions....make them feel that much more rewarding when you can finally afford the home you want.

It really doesn't matter to me, if the housing is simple and affordable then great. But I already have a place I call 'home' that my character rests at when I logout. Don't really need more than that and truthfully I don't even need that.

I've already quit. Several weeks ago. Couldn't care less about housing.

I actually hope that big houses are not easy to get.

Do you really need a house? We don't have houses now so why even buy them anyway? lol it's just a game not real life...

I've got 1m gold so hopefully enough for something. I'm not bothered by housing it'll just be something else to spend some gold on, or not if they're all stupidly expensive.

Since sweetrolls were shown off in the housing video, I've been thinking that they have had much less of a part in this game than they should. Sweetrolls should be a lootable treasure that we can pick up from desks (would be a consumable stale sweetroll) or can pickpocket from NPCs. Should an NPC realize they've been pickpocketed, they rush to a guard to report that someone stole their sweetroll. Pickpocketed sweetrolls can be consumed for a better buff than the stale variety. Perhaps a buff to movement speed to indicate the increased sugar intake?

(on topic: if they cost too much I'll just lower my expectations on what to get, although in all likelihood I'm going to be getting it with crowns anyway because I'd rather save my gold for equipment sets)

I have been playing since console release and will continue after housing regardless of pricing.

We get a Free Apartment just for doing a quest, so housing is free. Nothing to quit over.

"Too expensive" is pretty subjective, it's not like they're going to make sure that every single person can afford a home of arbitrary size. The fact that we're guaranteed a free apartment is pretty good as is. I'm quite happy that things will be available for both gold and Crowns, since the realistic alternative is exclusively Crowns. That said, if it's something truly out there like 10 million gold for a small home, I will roll my eyes and scoff considerably hard. It will be the scoffingest.

As long as they are not locked the crown store I am fine, I will have more incentive to play, people act like they never heard of housing in an mmorpg before, doesnt anyone recall everquest 2 housing? Mmorpgs are about the journey and how much time your willing to commit, otherwise you may want to ask yourself why your playing mmorpgs.

Seriously though, I have little interest in housing. The only part I know of that interests me would be the DPS dummy, but I'm tempering my expectations with that.

I'll be quitting by the time Homestead launches not because of the houses, but because I ran vMA ~500 times and still don't have my weapon. Too many people have quit over the ridiculous vMA RNG by now and I'll be joining them in Black Desert. Fair competition is important to me. And you can't be competitive in ESO without a vMA weapon. I refuse to continue playing with a handicap.

On a side note, I'm rich and could probably afford any house and furniture. But that will only happen if ZOS decides to change the vMA itemization before Homestead launch. Otherwise, I'm gone. I've been waiting for too long.
