I was just wondering as most posts have claimed that Rich had claimed it to be a bug in a AMA and it was suppose to be fixed around September. I've tried to buy some sets and still haven't received any jewelry but I can find a lot of Imperial physique jewelry.

These rumors originate from an interview with Rich where he was asked about this topic to which he replied something in the line of: "Really? This does not sound right."
By that time, this was reported numerous times in both PTS forums and general discussion through a period of at least 6 months.
They had plenty of chance to fix this if they considered it a bug.
