Couple of quick new life questions

Two questions I didn't see answered in the FAQ. Please feel free to link me to this info if it's already available
Outside of recipies, can anyone list a defenitive list of gold reward items? I want to be sure and not miss anything.
Secondly, I've hit a few of the aliance leaders with mud balls, during the quest, at the end of the quest, even tried with my reward mud balls. Anyway to make this work for the achievement? Does it have to be from the gold mud ball sack?
The ale recipe for the ach, does it also drop as a quest reward?

The gold runeboxes are : 2 hats, 1 nordic towel and 1 mudball memento
The recipes are also inside the New Life boxes you get as quest rewards
